Buying a hidden camera may cost you more than you want to spend – especially if you only need it for a week or so.

 

So, we created this program to accommodate you.

 

There are many reasons you might need a hidden camera…

• Do you have a business and suspect someone is stealing inventory?

 

Whatever your reason, you’ll probably only need the hidden camera for a short time.

 

The hidden cameras we rent are incredibly easy to use. You put it where you want it, plug it in and use the remote to start the recording. It’s also easy to view what you recorded.

 

The rental period is for one week, but you can add additional days if you wish.

 

We will include full instructions, all necessary power supplies, video cables, SD card and remote control. Plus, we’re here to help if you need it.

Step 1 - Hidden Camera Rental Program

HIDDEN CAMERA RENTAL AGREEMENT This agreement is made between Front Line Home Security and you the Customer. 1. Front Line Home Security hereby rents to Customer the camera selected in below. 2. Customer shall pay Front Line Home Security the amounts indicated below for the selected camera. This sum is payable prior to equipment rental using a valid and approved credit card. 3. Customer shall provide a security deposit equal to the retail value of the camera rented plus round trip shipping. The rental fee, shipping and any additional charges will be deducted from the security deposits at the time the camera is returned; any remaining balance will be refunded to the Customer. The security deposit shall be guaranteed by credit card authorization below. The amount of security deposit required is indicated below. 4. Customer shall, during the rental term, keep and maintain the camera in good condition and repair and shall be responsible for any loss, casualty, damage or destruction to said camera not withstanding how caused and the Customer agrees to return said property in present condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. 5. The rental period is for a minimum of 7 days. This rental period shall commence on upon receipt of the equipment via UPS (confirmed by UPS signature verification) and terminate on date the equipment is returned to UPS for shipping to Front Line Home Security. Customer agrees to pay additional rental fees as indicated below. All equipment including packaging, manuals and peripherals must be returned completely as when received; otherwise Customer will be charged as follows: •Packaging $5 •USB Cord $5 •Video Cable $5 •AC Adaptor $10 •8 GB SD-Card $39.95 •CD $5 •SD Card Reader $13 •Remote Control $15 •Instruction Manual $2.95 Any repairs required for damage will be assessed at $50 per hour. If the equipment is not returned after 60 days, Customer will own the camera and the security deposit will be forfeited in its entirety as payment for the equipment and all other charges. 6. Front Line Home Security will provide a list of all peripheral items associated with the equipment and verify the functionality of the equipment prior to shipping. Front Line Home Security makes no warranties, express or implied. 7. Customer agrees to inspect and verify the functionality of the equipment upon receipt and to notify Front Line Home Security of any damages, malfunction, or missing components so that appropriate measures can be taken. 8. The Customer assumes all risk of loss of and damage to the equipment from every cause whatsoever, while the equipment is in the Customer’s possession. Any peripheral items associated with the equipment and included in the list enclosed with the camera must be returned with the equipment. The Customer agrees to pay amount(s) noted in Paragraph (5) for any items, which are not returned. These charges shall be deducted from the security deposit. 9. Regardless of the cause, the Customer and its employees or agents waive the right to make any claim against Front Line Home Security for loss of anticipatory profits, or any other indirect, special, or consequential damages. Additionally, Customer and its employees or agents waive any right to make any claim against Front Line Home Security for damages resulting from misuse of the equipment or for personal injury resulting from use of the equipment. 10. The equipment rented shall remain, at all times, the property of Front Line Home Security unless security deposit is forfeited per paragraph (5) above.
